2. Strawberry yogurt popsicles
They're like frozen yogurt and fruit purees desserts in ice pop form. Creamy, flavorful strawberry puree and yogurt popsicles will be a hit for kids and grownups.

4. Strawberry oat milk popsicle
It's breakfast-level nutrition in awesome summer treat form. There's so much to love about these dairy-free, vegan oat milk popsicles with fresh strawberries, and always have them ready for a child-friendly afternoon snack. Blend and freeze, they're that easy.
5. Passionfruit creamsicles
Be surprised by these amazing milk and passionfruit popsicles, inspired by one of my favorite tropical drinks: Morir soñando. They taste like a summer beach day, and everyone that's tried them loved them. If you don't have passionfruit at hand, orange juice works too.
6. Coconut popsicles
Hello, coconut, king of tropical flavors! This is probably my most popular popsicle recipe, and favorite frozen treat. These coconut milk popsicles taste like a sunny day on a tropical beach. You don't even need a blender to make them.
7. Rice pudding popsicles
Rice pudding is one of my favorite desserts, and I found a way to enjoy it better on hot summer days. All the richness and creaminess of rice pudding but in lovely rice pudding pops.
8. Tres leches popsicles
If you love the super popular Latino Tres Leches cake, you'll be stoked to try it in this popsicle version with easy-to-find ingredients. Bonus point: no baking!
9. Tamarind popsicles
Tamarind is a very popular fruit in the tropics and can be used in savory dishes (like this tamarind BBQ sauce), but it's also great in desserts. Of those, my favorite is tamarind popsicles.
10. Coconut and sweet potato popsicles
Sweet potatoes, you say? Yes, indeed, sweet potatoes are great in desserts too, and in this lovely popsicle sweet potato adds so much creaminess it makes it one of my favorites, and combined with coconut is it's so much better.
11. Sweet beans popsicles
You'll be surprised to hear of a dessert with beans but fear not, they are not so uncommon, and sweet cream of beans is a very popular Lenten dish in the Dominican Republic.
12. Barbados cherry popsicles
Barbados cherry, acerola, or Dominican cherry is a native Caribbean fruit that looks similar to typical cherries but they are unrelated. It's my favorite fruit; curiously, they taste like a mix of cherries and lime. Great in juices and desserts, I also love them in popsicles.
