Whole Wheat Banana Pancakes [Video+Recipe]

Ingredients
- 2 bananas very ripe
- 2 eggs (medium)
- ½ cup whole-wheat flour
- ¼ cup almond milk or dairy milk
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- Oil spray for greasing
- 1 cup strawberries pineapple, or fresh fruit of your choice to garnish
- Honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
1. Mixing
- In a blender vase, combine mashed bananas, eggs, flour, milk, baking powder, and salt.Blend to a smooth mix.
2. Cooking
- Coat a non-stick pan with oil (or brush with butter) and heat to medium temperature.Add four tablespoons of the banana mixture and cook until it's brown on one side. Flip and cook similarly on the other side. Repeat with the rest of the mixture.
3. Serving
- Serve warm with garnish of your choice.
