Strawberry Yogurt Popsicles Recipe [Step by Step]

- 2 dozen fresh strawberries washed
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 tablespoon lime or lemon juice
- Seeds from 1 vanilla pod or 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
- 1 pint natural unsweetened Greek yogurt [2.5 cups, 0.6 liter]
Instructions
1. Mix
- Remove the stems from the strawberries. dice.Place in a large bowl. Mix in the lemon juice, and sugar. Let it rest for 10 minutes on the counter.
2. Mash
- Using a fork or potato masher, mash the strawberries to make a strawberry puree. Add the seeds from the vanilla pod or the extract.Mix the strawberry jam with the yogurt making a swirl (if you use flavored yogurt), or just mixing them completely.
3. Freeze
- Pour the yogurt and strawberry mixture into molds with a spoon, shake a bit for the bubbles to rise and for the mixture to settle.Take to the freezer and leave until they freeze hard.
4. Serving
- To remove from the mold, dip the mold for one or two seconds in warm water and pull the popsicle out.
