Cucumber Juice with Lime or Lemon [Video+Recipe]

- 8 English cucumbers
- ½ cup lime juice or 1 cup of lemon juice
- 1 green apple cored and chopped
- Honey sugar, or agave syrup (optional, I did not use any.)
- Fruit to garnish
- 4 cups ice (optional)
Instructions
1. Picar
- Cut the cucumber in halves lengthwise, and with a teaspoon scoop out the seeds and discard them. Chop the cucumbers.Chop the apples (discard the seeds in the center).
2. Combining ingredients
- Combine cucumbers, lemon or lime juice, and apple and water in the blender vase.
3. Blending
- Blend until it's completely liquified and there are no solids left.
4. Serving
- Pour into 4 glasses. Add ice (optional). You can also return it to the blender to crush the ice or make it a slush.Garnish with fruit.
