⅓cupof diced fruit, (I used apple, grapes and strawberries)
4tablespoonsred wine (optional)

Juice of 3 limes
6mint leaves, minced finely

½cupdiced pineaple

Instructions
Step 1: Making sangría paletas
Mix fruits and rum and let it rest in the fridge for an hour.Combine fruit and rum with grape juice, lemon juice, and sugar to taste. Pour the mixture into the molds place sticks, and freeze until they are fully frozen (4-6 hours).
Step 2: Making mojito paletas
Mix lime juice, and mint leaves. Add 3 cups of water, rum, and sugar to taste.Pour the mixture into the molds place sticks, and freeze until they are fully frozen (4-6 hours).
Step 3: Making piña colada paletas
Blend pineapple, rum, and coconut milk. Sieve to remove solids. Add sugar to taste.Pour the mixture into the molds place sticks, and freeze until they are fully frozen (4-6 hours).
