Whole Wheat and Banana Sugar-Free Pancakes |+Video|

Ingredients
2bananas, very ripe
2eggs(medium)
½cupwhole-wheat flour
¼cupalmond milk
½teaspoonbaking powder
¼teaspoonsalt
Oil sprayfor greasing
1cup fruit fresh berries, or pecans or walnuts to garnish
Honey or maple syrup(optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Mixing
Mix mashed bananas, eggs, flour, milk, baking powder, and salt. Blend to a smooth mix.
Step 2: Cooking
Coat a non-stick pan with oil (or brush with butter) and heat to medium temperature. Add four tablespoons of the banana mixture and cook until it's brown on one side. Flip and cook similarly on the other side. Repeat with the rest of the mixture. Serve warm with garnish of your choice.
Cook's notes
The pancakes are sweet enough that no syrup or honey is needed. It's a matter of taste. I did not account for the honey in the Nutrition Facts. You can also serve topped with diced fresh pineapple, mango, strawberries (I crushed them a bit in the video to drizzle the pancakes with the juice), or whatever fruit you love.
