1cupof all-purpose flour
¼cupof vegetable or ghee(clarified butter) room temperature

Instructions
Step 1: Making breadcrumbs
In a large mixing bowl, combine panko, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder and stir to combine.
Step 2: Breading
Cover the turkey chops with flour and shake off the excess. Drench each turkey chop in the egg wash (use tongs to dip them into the egg). Cover them with the breadcrumbs.Set them aside.
Step 3: Frying
Heat the oil in a skillet or pan over medium heat. Place 3 chops and cook until they turn golden brown on the cooking side, flip and cook the other side (4 minutes on each side). Remove the turkey from the pan and place it on paper towels to remove excess fat. Repeat the process with the remaining butter and chops until they are all cooked. Serve them.
Cook's notes
Once you thawed the chops, press on them with your fingers to find and remove any pieces of bone or cartilage.
