There's no better summertime dessert than popsicles; this vanilla and chocolate popsicles recipe will make you so happy. They are very creamy, like eating a frozen pudding, and the mixture of flavors works wonderfully.

– 1 cup evaporated milk at room temperature – 3 tablespoons cocoa powder (unsweetened) – ¼ cup condensed milk (or to taste) – 1 teaspoon dark vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon Xantham gum (optional) – Chocolate syrup to garnish


If the Xantham gum does not dissolve completely, you can process the mixture in a blender.In a mixing bowl, combine evaporated milkcocoa powdercondensed milkvanilla extract, and Xantham gum. Whisk until everything is mixed well and taste to see if it needs more sweetness, and add more condensed milk to taste.

Step 1:

Pour in lines of chocolate syrup into four popsicle molds, then pour the milk mixture into the popsicle molds, and place the popsicle sticks.

Step 2:

Keep in the freezer until the popsicles set.
