Try this homemade strawberry yogurt popsicles recipe! Strawberries provide a sweet treat in this easy-to-make popsicle that will keep you cool and nourish you.

– 2 dozen fresh strawberries, washed – ½ cup of sugar – 2 tablespoon of lime or lemon juice – Seeds from 1 vanilla pod or 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract – 1 pint [2.5 cups, 0.6 liter] of natural, unsweetened Greek yogurt PREPARATION


Remove the stems from the strawberries. dice. Place in a large bowl. Mix in the lemon juice, and sugar. Let it rest for 10 minutes on the counter.


Using a fork or potato masher, mash the strawberries to make a strawberry puree. Add the seeds from the vanilla pod or the extract. Mix the strawberry jam with the yogurt making a swirl (if you use flavored yogurt), or just mixing them completely.


Pour the yogurt and strawberry mixture into molds with a spoon, shake a bit for the bubbles to rise and for the mixture to settle. Take to the freezer and leave until they freeze hard.


To remove from the mold, dip the mold for a few seconds in warm water and pull the popsicle out.
