FOR THE SALAD – 1 iceberg lettuce , (see notes), washed, and spinned-dry – 2 star fruit , cut into fine slices – 1 red bell pepper , cut into fine strips – 4 ounces Serrano ham [113 gr] , sliced then shredded into thin FOR THE DRESSING – ¼ cup olive oil – 4 tablespoon balsamic vinegar – ¼ teaspoon salt – 3 sprigs parsley – 4 teaspoon sugar (white, granulated)
Arrange all the ingredients for the salad (lettuce, star fruit, pepper, ham) on a serving plate. Serve alongside dressing.
