FOR THE EGG WASH – 1 yolk of a large egg – 1 tablespoon milk whole or skim – ¼ teaspoon of granulated white sugar – 1 tablespoon salted butter melted TO ASSEMBLE – 1 cup all-purpose flour for dusting work surface [120 g]
