ALCOHOL POPSICLES

Need to cool off this summer? Here are some fun, easy alcoholic cocktail popsicles recipes you can make at home! Everyone loves popsicles, including grownups, and now we can enjoy our favorite cocktails as boozy popsicles. Booze optional, but encouraged.

SANGRÍA POPSICLES – ⅓ cup of diced fruit, (I used apple, grapes, and strawberries) – 4 tablespoons red wine, (optional) – 3 cups of grape juice – 2 tablespoons of lemon juice – 2 tablespoons of sugar (or more, to taste) MOJITO POPSICLES – Juice of 3 limes – 6 mint leaves, minced finely – 2 tablespoons white rum, (optional) – 6 tablespoons sugar (or to taste) PIÑA COLADA POPSICLES – ½ cup diced pineapple – 2 tablespoons white rum, (optional) – 3 cups coconut milk – 6 tablespoons sugar (or to taste)

Ingredients:

Mix fruits and rum and let it rest in the fridge for an hour. Combine fruit and rum with grape juice, lemon juice, and sugar to taste.  Pour the mixture into the molds place sticks, and freeze until they are fully frozen (4-6 hours).

Step 1:

Mix lime juice, and mint leaves. Add 3 cups of water, rum, and sugar to taste. Pour the mixture into the molds place sticks, and freeze until they are fully frozen (4-6 hours).

Step 2:

Blend pineapple, rum, and coconut milk. Sieve to remove solids. Add sugar to taste. Pour the mixture into the molds place sticks, and freeze until they are fully frozen (4-6 hours).
