Sin embargo, no debe sumergirlos en agua, sino enjuagarlos r&aacute;pidamente y secarlos a golpecitos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un aficionado a las setas admite: \"Prefiero no comer tierra, aunque no me haga da&ntilde;o. As&iacute; que lavo las setas sumergi&eacute;ndolas en agua y escurri&eacute;ndolas.
