Si planificas tu men&uacute; semanal con antelaci&oacute;n, puedes ahorrar mucho dinero planificando la compra en el supermercado y comprando s&oacute;lo los art&iacute;culos que necesitas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Planificar y calibrar previamente tus comidas te ayudar&aacute; a controlar el tama&ntilde;o de las raciones, y tambi&eacute;n a elegir mejores alimentos y comidas equilibradas. Puedes incluir platos principales, guarniciones y aperitivos. Esta ser&aacute; la base de su plan. Revisa tu frigor&iacute;fico y tu despensa para asegurarte de que no tienes ya alguno de ellos. Incluye todos los ingredientes que necesites para el desayuno, la comida, la cena y los tentempi&eacute;s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Consejo:<\/strong>&nbsp;Para las meriendas, prueba a incorporar las sobras. No te compliques demasiado. Utiliza tu lista para comprar los ingredientes que necesitas para la semana. Intenta ce&ntilde;irte a tu lista en la medida de lo posible para evitar comprar art&iacute;culos innecesarios. El &uacute;nico momento en el que deber&iacute;as dejar de lado la planificaci&oacute;n es cuando encuentres grandes ofertas en alimentos que puedan almacenarse a largo plazo, ya sean congelados o productos secos que duren mucho tiempo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sugerencia:<\/strong>&nbsp;&iexcl;No pierdas esas ofertas! Por ejemplo, puedes preparar una gran cantidad de sopa o chili el domingo y comerla como almuerzo o cena durante la semana.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Consejo:<\/strong> El arroz y los frijoles son una parte importante de mi cultura, y se conservan muy bien congelados. Me encanta hacer grandes lotes y congelarlos en porciones diarias para ahorrar tiempo y energ&iacute;a\/gas de cocinar. Esto tambi&eacute;n puede ahorrarte tiempo y ayudarte a ce&ntilde;irte a tu plan de comidas.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container
