No es de extra&ntilde;ar que en espa&ntilde;ol se llame \"pan rallado\". El pan tiene que estar muy seco para poder rallarlo. Y para responder a la pregunta: No, un molinillo de especias o una batidora de caf&eacute; no funcionan bien con el pan, seg&uacute;n mi experiencia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Conservar el pan rallado y el panko:<\/strong> La mejor forma de conservar el panko y el pan rallado es ponerlos en un recipiente herm&eacute;tico y refrigerarlo. El panko se conserva mejor porque tiene menos humedad, y al tostarlo se eliminan algunos de los microorganismos que hacen que el pan se vuelva mohoso y rancio. Yo prefiero no guardarlo en el congelador porque, seg&uacute;n mi experiencia, cambia el sabor y la textura.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>&iquest;Pan fresco o pan viejo?<\/strong> En mi opini&oacute;n, el pan viejo (pero no mohoso ni rancio) produce el mejor pan rallado y panko. Ha perdido parte de su humedad y es m&aacute;s f&aacute;cil de triturar en el robot de cocina. Tambi&eacute;n es m&aacute;s econ&oacute;mico usar pan viejo en lugar de usar pan perfectamente fino para esto, pero s&iacute;, si no tienes pan de un d&iacute;a, adelante, usa pan fresco.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>C&oacute;mo utilizar el panko sazonado:<\/strong> Esta es mi forma favorita de a&ntilde;adir un toque de sabor y una textura crujiente a los guisos, la pasta o lo que te apetezca.
