Tambi&eacute;n utilic&eacute; el menor n&uacute;mero posible de ingredientes para hacer la receta m&aacute;s accesible y la prob&eacute; con una batidora de mano, por si no tienes una de pie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La cobertura de mango de este cheesecake no horneada es como una mermelada espesa, y no como gelatina (la gelatina no cuaja en el jugo mango fresco), pero se espesa lo suficiente
