Otras buenas opciones son el at&uacute;n en lata (o cualquier otro pescado), salchicha de pavo en rodajas o salchicha de pollo.<br><br>Tambi&eacute;n puedes reutilizar sobras de carne de otras comidas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sobras de arroz:<\/strong> Si te ha sobrado arroz blanco de comidas anteriores, esta es una de mis formas favoritas de reutilizarlo. Puedes recalentar el arroz en un recipiente apto para microondas a&ntilde;adiendo un par de cucharadas de agua y cubri&eacute;ndolo parcialmente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Servir con arroz integral:<\/strong> Para obtener un plato m&aacute;s ligero y nutritivo, puedes <a href=\"https:\/\/tiaclara.com\/recipes\/arroz-integral\/\" data-type=\"post_tag\" data-id=\"341\">preparar arroz
